Cool Downz by Hot Heads
Diane gave me this really cool neck cooler tie. You place in cool water before you go out (riding, of course) and put around your neck. Keeps you cool the whole time! Thanks Diane!

Doubled the Distance
Hello All:
I rode yesterday for 1.5 hours and covered the Denville/Boonton/Mountain Lakes trek and did the loop twice. I figure approximately 20 miles since I went from my home.
The hills seem to be a little bit easier as I am increasing my stamina. I am going to incorporate shorter rides in between my longer training rides in hopes that I can increase my speed and build on my endurance. I need to work on tackling those hills as I am sure that the ride in September will have a fair share of hills and I refuse to resort to walking!!!

Beautiful weather
Hello everyone, beautiful weather yielded an 18 mile ride yesterday in 1-1/2 hours. Any suggestions on whether I should be getting in more miles or working towards faster time? Also, what level of hills are to be expected in UK?

INTTRA Copenhagen
Dear All,
The 4 of us have now created our fundraising pages and we have planned 2 bike weekends, which are the 27th -28th of July and also the 7th-8th of September.
On top of that most of us are biking on a daily basis, as you may know in Denmark the bike is a transportation tool and not only something for fun §;-)
Take care every one and I am looking forward to hearing about your progresses and seeing you in Southampton in September.
Rgds,
Captain Thomas
